Channa Dhal – 1 cup
Thoor Dhal – 2 Cups
Red Chilies – 10 nos
Black pepper – 1 TSp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves – 10-15 leaves
Method:
- Dry roast (without oil) all the ingredients one by one in tawa.
- Allow it to cool then grind it in mixie or blender with required salt, make it coarse or powdery ( as you prefer).
- Let it cool and then store it in air tight container.
- Serve it with rice & ghee 0r Gingely oil.
