Besan/gram flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Method:
- Take a heavy bottomed pan and mix all the ingredients well without lumps.
- Heat it on a medium flame stirring continuously.
- Cook until it comes together without sticking to the pan.
- Now add cashew, almonds and cardamom.
- Remove it from flame and pour it on a greased plate.
- Let it cool partially then cut into desired shape.
