7 Cup Burfi

Ingredients:


Besan/gram flour  - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup


Method:


  • Take a heavy bottomed pan and mix all the ingredients well without lumps.
  • Heat it on a medium flame stirring continuously.
  • Cook until it comes together without sticking to the pan.
  • Now add cashew, almonds and cardamom.
  • Remove it from flame and pour it on a greased plate.
  • Let it cool partially then cut into desired shape.
