Veg. Cutlet

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 (medium size)
Mixed vegetables (green peas, carrots, green beans) -1 cup (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves chopped - 2Tsp.
Green chilies -2 (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1 Tsp. (finely chopped)
Corn flour - 2Tsp.
Breadcrumbs -1 cup
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Method:
  • Bake the potatoes peel the skin and mash it.
  • Boil all the veggies, slightly mash it and add to mashed potatoes.
  • Mix ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt.
  • Make round flat patties out of this mixture.
  • Coat it with corn flour then in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry it in oil until golden brown and place it on paper towel.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
