Schezwan Noodles


Hakka noodles - 1pack
Onions -1/2 (thinly sliced)
Carrot, Beans, Capsicum, Spring onions, Cabbage - thinly sliced
Ginger & Garlic paste -1 Tsp.
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp.
Red chilly paste or Sauce - 1Tsp.
Red chillies - 2 Nos. (Deseeded)
Sugar - 2-3 pinches
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:

  • Boil water and add 1 Tsp. of oil and salt to cook noodles (10 mins).
  • Drain the water and let it cool.
  • Heat oil in a big pan, add red chillies then add onions and saute till gloden.
  • Add g&g paste, vegetables, sugar, salt, pepper and let the vegetables cook (don't over cook it has to be little crunchy).
  • Now add chiily paste and then add cooked noodles and toss well and check for salt.
  • Serve hot.
