Fish -4 pieces
Chilly powder -2 Tsp.
Turmeric powder -1/4 Tsp.
Lemon juice - 4-5 drops
Corn flour - 1/2 Tsp.
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate the fish fillets with all the masala & corn flour and then keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil in thawa and fry in medium flame until golden.
