Basmathi Rice - 1cup
Onions - 1/2 (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 (chopped )
Beans -3 Nos. (chopped )
Green pepper - 1/3 (chopped)
Cabbage - 1 small cup(shredded)
Spring onions - 1 Nos. (chopped)
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1Tsp.
Soy Sauce - 3Tsp.
Ground black pepper -1Tsp.
Sugar - 1 pinch
Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash & soak the rice for 20 mins.
- Cook the rice to with salt and 1Tsp. of oil so that each grain of rice is seperate let it cool.
- Heat oil in large pan & add onions, Ginger&garlic paste saute for 2 mins.
- Add all the cut veggie & fry till it is cooked. Don't over cook let it be little crunchy.
- Now add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar then add rice.
- Slowly mix well without breaking the rice. Check for salt and pepper.
* Scrambled egg or cooked chicken can be added to it.
* To make it more colorful use different colors of capsicum and even red cabbage can be used.
