Aval Payasam (Poha)

Ingredients:

Aval/Poha - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 5 cups
Ghee - 4 Tsp
Cashew Nuts - 5 Nos. (fried in Ghee)
Almonds - 5 Nos. (fried in Ghee)
Raisins - 5 Nos. (fried in Ghee)
Cardamom Powdered

Method:
  • Wash the aval in water and keep it aside for 5mins
  • Boil the milk with sugar until it becomes 3 cups.
  • Now add aval to the milk and let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Add fried nuts and cardamom powder and serve hot.
