Ingredients:
Onion - 1Nos. (finely chopped)
Tomato -1 Nos. (finely chopped)
Ginger & Garlic paste -2 Tsp.
Black pepper powder -1Tsp.
Chilli powder -1/2 Tsp.
Turmeric powder -1/4 Tsp.
oil -3 Tsp.
salt to taste

Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
seasonings:
Fennel seeds -2 Tsp.
cinnamon stick -1 inch
cloves -3 Nos.
cloves -3 Nos.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan & add the seasonings & ginger garlic paste to it & saute for a minute in low flame without sticking to the pan.
- Add chopped onions saute till golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes & saute till it is mashed. Then add pepper, chilli & turmeric powder & mix well.
- Add mushrooms , 1/2 cup of water, salt & mix well.close the lid of the pan & let it cook in medium flame.
- Open the lid when mushrooms are cooked & keep stirring for few minutes till all the water evaporates & when it comes in the form of thick gravy consistency.
- Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
