Chicken (boneless) -1lb (cut in to cubes)
Chilly powder - 2Tsp.
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 Tsp.
Black pepper powder -1/4 Tsp.
Corn flour -2 Tsp.
Lemon juice - 4-5 drops
Egg -1
Food color (Red) -1 Pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the masala together and make as thick paste.
- Clean the chicken and marinate in the masala and keep it in fridge for about 1hr.
- Heat the oil in kadai and deep fry the chicken in medium flame.
- Serve it hot as starter.
